Q: What time
do you arrive at the party?
A:
This will be discussed with you ahead of the event to ensure plenty of time to load in and set up equipment prior to the arrival of your first guest. Depending on the venue and set up required, this can be from 1-3 hours before your event starting time.

Q: Will our Disc
Jockey do overtime?
A:
Yes, most definitely. It is, however, recommended that
you discuss this with us before assuming that
we will be available to do overtime, especially if your
party ends relatively early. If you let us know ahead
of time that you may need overtime, we will make all the necessary
arrangements to be free for the hour following your
party. Generally it is encouraged to book hours ahead
of time because this will save you money and you won't have
to sweat the details on the day of the affair.

Q: Will our Disc Jockey
take requests?
A: Absolutely!
We cherish the valuable feedback from your guests that
lets us know exactly how to keep them happy. You are
welcome to let us know ahead of time if there are certain
songs that you wish not to be played. You set the tone for the entire event!

Q: Are You Insured?
A:
Yes, it comes with the territory when you own a business. Thankfully many venues and halls are beginning to require proof of insurance from outside vendors. Make sure you hire only professionals who are fully insured!

Q: Can
we meet with our DJ prior to our event?
A:
In order to provide you with the best possible service we recommend scheduling a minimum of one consultation with your DJ within the two weeks prior to your event. Some events such as weddings benefit from additional planning sessions in the months preceding them. In the event that you are planning from out of town or your schedule can not accomodate a face to face appointment, extra efforts will be made to plan for every detail via the phone and email.

Q:
Do you have cordless microphones, wear a tuxedo and bring tons of music?
A:
Chances are if you're asking these questions, you've been visiting other DJ websites! The truth is, this is the bare minimum requirement to be a DJ and should be the price of entry, not a unique selling point. If you find a DJ who advertises the "best sound system" or the "most music," let me give you a few good questions to ask them:
How do you engage and entertain the guests?
What unique ideas do you have to make my event better?
What sort of training have you undergone to make yourself a better entertainer?

Q:
How far in advance should we book our party?
A:
You should secure your date with the service providers of your choice as soon as you know they are right for you. Prime dates can book more than a year in advance for all wedding related services including entertainment, photography and even cake preparation.
